Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of estudiomaisalma.com.br and the purchase of Estúdio Mais Alma pieces. By browsing the site or confirming an order, the client declares having read and accepted these terms.

 

WHO WE ARE. Estúdio Mais Alma is the brand of Gabriela Campos Design Ltda., CNPJ 22.188.797/0001-35, a collectible design studio based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Contact: comercial@estudiomaisalma.com.br, +55 21 3955-3695.

 

PIECES AND PRICES. Prices are given on request and formalised in a quotation valid for 15 days, unless otherwise stated in the quotation. Images on the site are illustrative; final dimensions, materials and finishes are set out in the quotation.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES. Pieces are produced once the order is confirmed, within the time frames and conditions of the Shipping Policy. Customisation of finishes and dimensions is assessed case by case and may change time frame and price.

 

PAYMENT. Payment methods and terms are set out in the quotation: a deposit on confirmation of the order and the balance on delivery. Shipping is charged separately according to the delivery address.

 

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS. These follow the Shipping Policy and the Refund and Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The designs, projects, names of pieces and collections, photographs, texts and 3D files on the site are authored by Estúdio Mais Alma and Gabriela Campos and protected by Brazilian Law 9.610/98. 3D files are provided exclusively for use in architecture and interior projects that specify the pieces; their reproduction, manufacture by third parties or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

 

USE OF IMAGES. The studio may photograph installed pieces and use the images in its portfolio, website and social media, with the client's prior permission and without identifying the property's address.

 

NEWSLETTER AND COMMUNICATIONS. By subscribing on the site, the client agrees to receive news and launches by email and may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link.

 

CHANGES. These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

 

JURISDICTION. The courts of the City of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction over any matters arising from these terms, without prejudice to the consumer's place of residence where applicable.
