Purchase and return terms

Estúdio Mais Alma pieces are made to order, many in limited editions and with finishes chosen by the client. For this reason, the cancellation and return rules differ from those of a stock product.

ORDER CONFIRMATION. The order is confirmed upon approval of the quotation and payment of the deposit stated in it; the balance is paid on delivery.

CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION STARTS. The client may cancel within 7 days of confirming the order, with a full refund of amounts paid, provided production has not yet begun.

CANCELLATION AFTER PRODUCTION STARTS. As each piece is made specifically for the order, it cannot be cancelled once production has begun. In that case, the deposit is non-refundable.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DISTANCE PURCHASES). For purchases made outside the studio, the client may withdraw within 7 days of receiving the piece, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, provided the piece is in perfect condition. Customised pieces (dimensions or finishes changed at the client's request) are not eligible for return on these grounds. Return costs are the client's responsibility.

DEFECTS AND DAMAGE. Pieces delivered with a manufacturing defect or transport damage, reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos, will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty against manufacturing defects is 90 days, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

NATURAL VARIATIONS. Wood and Brazilian stones are natural materials. Variations in grain, tone and texture compared with the photos on the site are part of each piece's identity and do not constitute a defect.

REFUNDS. Where applicable, refunds are made by the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days of approval.
