Shipping Policy

Estúdio Mais Alma pieces are made to order and delivered fully assembled, in reinforced wooden crates, by a specialised carrier.

 

PRODUCTION TIME. Each piece is made once the order is confirmed. The standard production time is 50 business days and may vary according to finishes, customisation and availability of materials. The specific time frame is stated in the quotation.

 

SHIPPING COSTS. Shipping is charged separately and calculated per piece according to the delivery address; the amount is stated in the quotation, before the order is confirmed.

 

DELIVERY TIME. Once the piece is finished, delivery time varies according to the region and the carrier's schedule. The client is contacted in advance to agree on the delivery date and time.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS. Delivery is made inside the residence (house or apartment), provided the piece fits in the lift. The client is responsible for checking in advance the dimensions of doors, corridors and especially the lift (width, height and depth of the car). The carrier does not carry pieces up stairs. Hoisting is not included and, if needed, must be arranged directly by the client. We recommend protecting the floor before delivery. A responsible person must be present to receive and inspect the piece on arrival and sign the delivery receipt. Disposal of the packaging is the client's responsibility.

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. If the piece shows any damage on delivery, the client must note it on the delivery receipt and inform the studio within 48 hours, with photos, at comercial@estudiomaisalma.com.br. The studio will assess repair or replacement of the piece.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. We accept orders from outside Brazil on request. Time frames, shipping, insurance, taxes and import duties are quoted case by case and are the client's responsibility.

 

COLLECTION. Pieces cannot be collected from the studio: they are made to order and delivered directly to the client.
